A phased contract within the existing listed 1829 building, to provide office accommodation for MIHH and the Countess of Chester Hospital on the second floor along with the reprovision of Mental Health and Learning Disability facilities for WWC(NHS)T on the ground floor. The work involved the demolition of the existing laundry, the provision of a new shaft and lift through operational floors and external works to provide 75 car parking spaces. The middle floor remained in full occupation throughout the period of the works.
