PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Prior to the formation of IBPM , Ian worked for 10 years as a Project Manager for Mansell Construction Services Ltd. one of the leading property service providers in the UK. During that period he site managed a number of multi million pound projects in various sectors of the industry, some examples of which, can be viewed by clicking on the link opposite.
IBPM continues to work on a regular basis for both Mansell, and Kier North West producing Health and Safety Files for their contracts in the North West. IBPM has experience of producing Files in both hard and electronic formats and in the use of collaborative web sites
In association with the Inclusion Holdings Group of companies, IBPM has, over the last four years project managed the design, development and maintenance of a number of schemes in the north west to provide specialist services for people with learning disabilty and challenging behaviour. This continuing relationship has also resulted in IBPM gaining experience in the management of Inclusion Holding's Chester based head office delapidation and expansion programme
