BREEAM User Guides

IB Project Management have produced both Building and Home User Guides for Principal Contractors and Property Developers over a number of years.  We have produced Building User Guides for various types of development from academic buildings, student accomodation projects to the visitor centre at a noted Wildlife Trust, wildlife and wetland  Centre.

IBPM have also produced Home User Guildes for both social and private development schemes across  the country.
