BUILDING USER GUIDES

Since Ian set up IB Project Management in its first format in 2001, we have produced hundreds of Health and Safety Files and Operation and Maintenance Manuals for some of the most prestigious names in the construction Industry. Our clients include Kier, Vinci and Graham Construction and we have been pleased to also help Morgan Sindall, Pochin and Esh Construction recently in the delivery of some of their projects. We are proud of the fact that all our work in this area of provision has come from repeat business and word of mouth and that we have supported our clients towards achieving their goal of project completion on time.

We have also produced a number of Building User Guides for some of our clients, supporting an increase in their BREEAM points tally.
